Resolved an electrical fault in my car that occurred within the warranty period without question.
This is a long overdue review. I purchased my Macan GTS from RSJ earlier this year (March 25), and I found the whole experience to be as pleasant as can be. Joel is an amiable but no nonsense guy and he and his team were great to deal with. I ‘m sure I annoyed him when I requested that I wanted the freshly diamond cut wheels to be resprayed black (at my cost) but he hid his displeasure well and obliged. Superb customer service, cannot fault anything about this company. Great staff, sales showroom and servicing facility. Just bought a 911 from them and the attention to detail throughout the process was first class. When I collected the car was in outstanding condition and their own PDI carried out more work to bring it up to their impeccable standards than I was expecting.
