Dropped my car carrier off last minute for a pretty extensive trailer axle repair. They took care of my equipment and had me back on the road in 1.5 days. Very happy with the work and communication. Highly recommended!
If google had 100 stars, I'd hit them all for RSI!! .. If you're lucky enough to be a customer of this company, you are truly blessed!! .. Overall, I like RSI. They're hit and miss when it comes to the speed of repairs. However, that's usually out of their hands (ie. Waiting for parts that are on back order or delayed) I don't really have anything bad to say other than their property is extremely, extremely small and should probably be relocated somewhere that could accommodate trucks better.
Easy to work with.
