Had to send my watch here for a repair. Not only did they not fix it or replace it..they sent it back looking like this!!! Then they said my Samsung watch was not made in the USA so they couldn't do anything. We bought it from B&H photo....so disappointed in both of these companies

This is the company that repairs phones for Samsung. I sent my phone on for a warranty repair. I decided no to fix it and asked for them to return my phone. When I shipped it it didn't have a broken screen. When I received it, it did. They stated sometimes thar happens when they inspect the phone but refused to repair the screen.

My husband sent his phone to this repair center over a week ago since the day they received it it says product under inspection, of course using logic we assumed they are currently inspecting the phone, but we almost certain that when they updated to "product under inspection" it was still siting in the box we sent it. Fast forward a week and they are somehow still inspecting his phone, took us 30 seconds to realize there is in fact a broken screen and send it in for repair. Prepare to buy a phone that has NO SUPPORT IF IT BREAKS. Followed the instructions to send my phone in for repair when I had a battery drainage and Bluetooth issue, expecting maybe like 5-7 days total for a repair. THREE WEEKS went by with NOTHING being done to it, no follow-up, nothing. I called four times and kept asking about the status, and all the customer service person told me was "it will take 5-7 business days for the repair." I've taken my Samsung tablet here twice for diagnosis & repair. Both times they've been able to reconnect the flex cable that was causing my display to go out intermittently. They were able to do the repairs quickly and didn't charge me, since it was a quick fix. I would have given 5 stars, but the second time I was there, the customer service representative wanted to have them flash my device for a $26 charge before checking the flex cable, which I mentioned was the fix the last time.
