Had to send my watch here for a repair. Not only did they not fix it or replace it..they sent it back looking like this!!! Then they said my Samsung watch was not made in the USA so they couldn't do anything. We bought it from B&H photo....so disappointed in both of these companies
This is the company that repairs phones for Samsung. I sent my phone on for a warranty repair. I decided no to fix it and asked for them to return my phone. When I shipped it it didn't have a broken screen. When I received it, it did. They stated sometimes thar happens when they inspect the phone but refused to repair the screen.
Prepare to buy a phone that has NO SUPPORT IF IT BREAKS. Followed the instructions to send my phone in for repair when I had a battery drainage and Bluetooth issue, expecting maybe like 5-7 days total for a repair. THREE WEEKS went by with NOTHING being done to it, no follow-up, nothing. I called four times and kept asking about the status, and all the customer service person told me was "it will take 5-7 business days for the repair." My husband sent his phone to this repair center over a week ago since the day they received it it says product under inspection, of course using logic we assumed they are currently inspecting the phone, but we almost certain that when they updated to "product under inspection" it was still siting in the box we sent it. Tried to charge me nearly $500 for repairs that weren't necessary and WOULDN'T fix the issue I sent it in for. So I told them to send the phone back and not to do the repairs. The phone came back extremely scratched up. I will never send my phones here again. My Samsung Note 8 was having an issue where it died and wouldn't come back on.
