Still the worst customer service after using them multiples times because we had no choice
Avoid at all costs, only use this company if you want your money wasted.
The heat pump in our condo (Kingsway Crescent) went down...I called Maurice and a technician arrived within 2-hours...the tech quickly diagnosed the problem and removed the heat pump for repair...the next day the unit was repaired and back in place working perfectly...RSG stepped up quickly, efficiently and professionally...Thanks Maurice.
RSG delivers excellent service to downtown condo buildings. Maurice, in particular, stands out for his responsiveness and helpful attitude. His team provided prompt support when I needed it. While I did have to cover the cost of repairs caused by someone else’s faulty thermostat wiring, that wasn’t RSG’s fault. Unfortunately, some negative opinions about RSG stem from a misunderstanding of their service model. Terrible company. We have been trying to get them to fix our condo heat pump for a month. They removed our entire unit almost 2 weeks ago and have ghosted us after promising to be in touch within 24 hours. A dozen Calls and emails, unanswered. Another heat wave is coming this weekend. We are being held hostage by this company as our unit is leased and RSG is owned by the company who owns the unit that we pay a monthly lease fee for, E-Cubed.
