It was probably one of the worst experiences, caught Feizi Farhad, his full name don’t worry how I found it was pretty easy through their website. He’s the worst never call this company. I called them to change my Heat pump, I paid them next thing you know they don’t respond and then a guy named Morris came in touch with me and I got my refund. I threatened to sue them they gave it back right away
Update...RSG recently serviced my heat pump in the Kingsway and his excellent technicians discovered the drain for the heat pump was plugged causing a build-up of water in the drain tray. Thanks to RSG for keeping my system working efficiently and worry free. The heat pump in our condo (Kingsway Crescent) went down...I called Maurice and a technician arrived within 2-hours...the tech quickly diagnosed the problem and removed the heat pump for repair...the next day the unit was repaired and back in place working perfectly...R... read more
