Terrible company. We have been trying to get them to fix our condo heat pump for a month. They removed our entire unit almost 2 weeks ago and have ghosted us after promising to be in touch within 24 hours. A dozen Calls and emails, unanswered. Another heat wave is coming this weekend. We are being held hostage by this company as our unit is leased and RSG is owned by the company who owns the unit that we pay a monthly lease fee for, E-Cubed.
I've called Maurice multiple times to service my condo's AC. Each technician that has done repair work has been both efficient and respectful always resolving the issue. Maurice has tended to the issues on the same day. Highly recommend!

We had a simple issue with the fan coil and it took 3 visits to address. We didn’t have a choice to call RSG but would but recommend them. We honestly believe they did unnecessary work on the system which costed us more.
Poor customer service. God help you if you’re at their mercy
