I have read the reviews for RSD. We are relatively new to RSD. With these ideas shared, my experience has been positive. Ceri has a personal and approachable touch to her exchanges. I enjoyed meeting her. She is effective when needed. Chiniere, Daisy, Joy and Orma, are some of the carers we have invited into our home to care for some of Dad’s needs with myself, his daughter in law. I have enjoyed them all and couldn’t be happier with our arrangements to date. So far, so good RSD. Thank you for coming into our lives.
They'll chuck you back to social services after repeatedly asking for female carers for mum she's currently been 5 days without pain relief they haven't changed her bedding in over 3 weeks. And when phoning the office to address the problem it falls on deaf ears waste of time and money
A good company which provide a wonderful caring service... Carers are kind hearted, friendly and supportive...
