RSD sold my contractor a 14 SEER unit, as a 16 SEER unit. I told my contractor I wanted a unit that was 16 SEER or better and multi-stage both for the long term energy savings and in order to qualify for SRPs highest rebate of about $1,200. RSD sold this unit to my contractor telling him it was a 16 SEER and even listed it as a 16 SEER on the purchase order. I’ve been in this trade awhile now, and I have been to Parts houses all over the country, but this group of guys from Kevin, Robert, Jeff, Shaun, Ray, John, are all great and knowledgeable guys who are 2nd to none. Keep up the great work guys!
