Haven't been with too long yet. But since I have been with them . They are wonderful. Rommie is so nice and answers all your questions that you may have.. very accommodating.
Tried the 14-day free program, lost 6 pounds. Personal trainer met with me weekly and checks in via app almost everyday, actually still doing so even though my 14 days are over. I learned portion control which was a life changer for me. App is great for keeping you on track and to help you communicate with your trainer.
Roomie was a big help and very encouraging. I really like the feedback he provides.
The short time with coach Roomie the support was there. Even when I was down on myself he was not having it but always in an encouraging way. He went deep into finding out issues holding me up for success.
