Great guys helped us out of situation of failed pump that Dobson Septic installed and wouldn't respond for service. Brian took phone call and information and somewhere next day and finished job in a hour correctly too. Thanks RSC and Matt
In my particular case/job they ignored the type of course sand that was specified to use as back fill in the design and stated in the permit and stated by Pender county during the on site meeting. They tried to use a poor quality fine grained sand with silt that I had personally tested. My soil was severely compacted, if the poor quality fine grained sand wasn't caught before they tried to sneak it in the system would have surely failed again. Phenomenal service, quick response, and extremely competitive prices.
My pump went out and I had some random budged place charge me $500 just to install a used pump. It went out 2 months later and RSC engineering gave me a brand new Septic pump, new floats, and a panel for a similar price. And I have a 3 year warranty with it. Matt was the guy who did it and he kept all this under an hour so I was only charged for one hour labor. Thanks matt.
