Food for thought...You build a new home and less then 2 years after moving it your septic backs up and then the company which installed it sends different techs out that find issues with the install. A normal company would correct the issue and not charge the customer for their mistake. Well not RSC, OVER $800 DOLLARS for a correction to their mistake. I recommend a hard skip for anyone building a house.
Great guys helped us out of situation of failed pump that Dobson Septic installed and wouldn't respond for service. Brian took phone call and information and somewhere next day and finished job in a hour correctly too. Thanks RSC and Matt
In my particular case/job they ignored the type of course sand that was specified to use as back fill in the design and stated in the permit and stated by Pender county during the on site meeting. They tried to use a poor quality fine grained sand with silt that I had personally tested. My soil was severely compacted, if the poor quality fine grained sand wasn't caught before they tried to sneak it in the system would have surely failed again.
