Pricing and service was excellent
Great all around , service is awesome, reasonable prices, equipment was well kept.
They will give you a nifty lift that doesn't work at all; every button is broken, and then play dumb when they show up & they yell at you and tell you that its all your fault, and that they are going to charge you for fixing it. None of them will talk about any of the problems, they just continually repeat themselves that all safety switches must be removed from the NiftyLifts before they leave the factory, which is the absolute dumbest thing to say, but they just keep repeating it. If you rent an aerial lift from this company, they will tell you to put the legs, outriggers, all the way down and to ignore the stability bubbles. They will give you the run around and say it's normal. Someone renting from this store will fall to their demise by the end of 2027, and it will because of their safety bypass, ignorance, and greed. They refuse to fix their machines correctly or get new ones. When this inevitably happens I will be the first one to testify in court that they knew it would happen.
