Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with another human being. My accident happened in august, and it was not resolved until just before Christmas. You can call and call and email these people and they don’t care about you or your time. They won’t respond. My “Adjuster” Beulah went on vacation 2 times while working on my case and in all those months, she never phoned me, never emailed me back to give me any updates on it. Pressing 0 for the receptionist is no help as i dont think they have one. always busy never get on hold just back to the options menu. No help at all, my previous experience with them was awful and still continues to be.
