I had a toilet leak and needed new seals so phoned up and they said be out within the hour which to my suprise they was out withing 30 mins then 2 workers showed up to fix toilet leak,then told me it needed new part which they didn't have and had to go get it,then shocked me with the labour price that was £350 plus parts and wanted cash only as the bank transfer was blocked 🚫
I had my bathroom redone, the end result seems to be good. The customer service was especially noteworthy, they went above an beyond in their responsiveness. I would happily use them again in the future.

Amazing service. We had a stopcock replaced and new toilet installed. The head office requested photos via text and the job was quoted and booked within minutes. Within two hours of booking, they arrived. They were friendly and knowledgeable, plus prices were competitive. Highly recommended.
