Michelle is always a pleasure to deal with. From the very start she has made getting my taxes done a great experience. Her knowledge and care is out of this world.

In one word they are horrible. Michelle named lady who file tax is very rude.i found her some kind racist which is very unfortunate. This kind of place is for nice customer service but seems like they made their own rules for different people in different levels. We don't deserve it.we want good people in this community and service
