I saw Dr. Rocky Singh in December 2023 because I couldn't get an appointment with the doctor I previously saw and I had a current problem I was worried about. Dr. Rocky Singh presented at a definitively higher level of ability and competence for this issue than my previous doctor! He showed me actual camera footage of the problem, provided a thoroughly complete explanation of what needed to be done and how it could be fixed. His office environment and staff were kind, caring, and comfortable. I highly recommend this doctor.
My first time there from the front desk assistant to the doctor was an amazing experience Dr rocky is so nice talks to you very clearly with no rush with so much patient I was so nervous with a procedure I had to get done I highly recommend this place not just him his assistant was very nice place is clean also thanks for Making me feel comfortable 🫶
Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at any doctors office. ESPECIALLY when compared to the other colorectal office in the area. The secretary Liz and Dr. Singh are great. He even took the time to explain to me how my insurance plan worked and why I’d be paying what before my exam/procedure. If you’re having issues with anything regarding your butthole Dr. Singh is your guy, by far. They even got me in the same day. Unheard of.
I just called today around 10:50 am The lady at the front desk has a very rude voice tone no phone etiquette I asked her a question and she had a attitude if your not a. Friendly, polite people person then you definitely should not be a receptionist your not making a good impression for the doctor's office
If you're anything like me and have been in fear, for whatever reason to see a Proctologist, I can assure you that Dr. Rocky Singh, and his assistant Liz, will put your mind and body at ease! Gentle, caring people! Grateful to have found them!
