Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at any doctors office. ESPECIALLY when compared to the other colorectal office in the area. The secretary Liz and Dr. Singh are great. He even took the time to explain to me how my insurance plan worked and why I’d be paying what before my exam/procedure. If you’re having issues with anything regarding your butthole Dr. Singh is your guy, by far. They even got me in the same day. Unheard of.
I just called today around 10:50 am The lady at the front desk has a very rude voice tone no phone etiquette I asked her a question and she had a attitude if your not a. Friendly, polite people person then you definitely should not be a receptionist your not making a good impression for the doctor's office
If you're anything like me and have been in fear, for whatever reason to see a Proctologist, I can assure you that Dr. Rocky Singh, and his assistant Liz, will put your mind and body at ease! Gentle, caring people! Grateful to have found them!

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. From the moment I walked in, the front desk lady was incredibly personable, kind, and caring, she made me feel welcomed and at ease right away, which means a lot when you’re dealing with something as sensitive and uncomfortable as this.
