He custom made an absolutely beautiful ring for me. From initial consult on what I wanted, to sending the CAD to making the ring was such a smooth process! Even with minor changes (from me not being able to make up my own mind!) he was incredibly kind and intent on bringing my dream ring to life. We've already been back again for repairs on other pieces and to consult on a custom ring for my husband!
They created a custom ring for our 25th wedding anniversary. I had never done anything custom and was nervous about the cost as well as final product. Randy was very thorough, he listening to my concerns and wish list. Not only did he make it happen, he exceeded my expectations and in less time than we thought. I cannot say enough good things about him and this business. I would give him 10 stars if 5 was not the max.
