Upstairs AC leaks, and constantly gets my bottom patio wet, this has been brought up to property management’s attention and they are non responsive. Terrible service, not what you’d expect from a professional company.

Management changed to RS Real Estate Plus and if was the worst thing. We had a plumbing issue and it took them over a week to get it fixed. They were unresponsive and then when they did communicate, they didn't even know anything about my unit. They were confused and disorganize constantly.

I bought a home from this company and have had to replace many major items and I deposited a $800.00 check for a broken toilet and the check was now returned unpaid. Buyers and Customers BEWARE

I lived at one of their apartment homes for exactly a year and while the apartment is nice there were soooooo many issues while living there. First, when we first moved in they said they were going to provide a washer and dryer for us. I was in contact with Kathy (who no longer works there) about when the appliance was going to come since we had already moved in.
