Shane is the best tech guy I have ever used!! His service is wonderful, his prices are waaaayyyy below average, and he won't charge you unless he can fix it. I felt very satisfied with his explanations and everything he did for my pathetic, dying laptop. He also sells laptops for people, which I think will be the next thing I hire him to do :-) DONT DONT DONT go anywhere else for your computer needs!!!!
