AVOID!!! Sold me a car with full service history, does not have full service history what so ever. When trying to contact I can’t view their website, phone their number or get in touch at all.
Was a 5 star review but we have had the car 6 months, here's the repairs that we have had to have done... Fly wheel, exhaust flexi (completely corroded), full oil change, alternator belt, bushes, tracking, alternator pully, break discs and break pads. The breaks where done quite soon after we got the car and they would only pay half even though it was still under Warranty. Probably spent more fixing it than what it's worth and they had the cheek to only give us scrap value for the car we traded in
Poor after care, still waiting on money due from themselves. Ignoring messages hoping that it will just go away. See photo below. It’s only a small amount but it’s not the point. If they say they would do this I would expect this to be carried out. I work in the motortrade myself and I would be ashamed of the behaviour. Same as alot of the other people state, was provided with documents which just weren't true…. Brakes stuck on within the first couple months of having it. Would avoid.
For sales they are very prompt in responding. But for after-sales feedback when you need something that they didn't give you at the time of sale they ignore you!
