The process of my Invisalign went smoothly and I am happy with the results. However, the day that I got the dots removed from my teeth I had some issues with the receptionist. He told me that I had an overdue balance of $600 that was due that same day and had to be paid before I left. Went to RS for a consultation for my 6 yr old. Made the appointment which was a brief phone conversation not personable at all. They didn't request my daughter's xrays and when we arrived no xrays, pictures, or 3d images were taken. I didn't think anything of it because I've never been to a ortho before for a consultation. We were taken to a room 10 mins after our scheduled appointment time and left there.
