Move from West Ashley part of Charleston to Myrtle Beach. Exceeded expectations would be an understatement on this one. I went into this with low expectations because of what a tedious task moving typically is. My situation started more complex because of having a full storage unit, 5 bedroom house to move and storage deadlines to meet on the week of Thanksgiving 2 weeks after welcoming twin babies. Spoke with Shane regarding the move from a storage unit to a new house. Shane was willing to price match my quote from another moving company. He was very open and transparent about the move. The moving crew were nice and kept me informed of the progress throughout the duration of the move. Shane even checked on the status of the move while it was taking place. The movers handled all of my items with care. Shane and the movers were able to put my mind at ease and got the move done less than in six hours.
I had a call with Shane two months ago I posted this review about a cross country move. While it was way out of my budget, I worked out a solution (only packing a TV) and he made it work! Unfortunately the service came late in the nighttime but nonetheless it was completed professionally. Rell was the solo person (and with some help from me) he was able to get the TV packed under an hour. Would definitely recommend R&S for small (less than 1000 mile) moves or packing valuable items.
From the first conversation with Shane till the end of delivery, the service was easy, fair and respectful! Shane was very thorough in reviewing our needs and thought of things we wouldn't have. He always responded quickly and answered all my questions. The crew that picked up and delivered our belongings were kind and friendly. Exceeded our expectations, already recommending them to my sister!
