I underwent an ultrasound examination today, and speaking personally, the experience was not a pleasant one. If you could assign a supervisor to investigate the specific issues—or perhaps provide relevant training to your staff regarding professional conduct—the nature of the problem would become clear; I would be extremely grateful for such action, as it would be highly beneficial for improving your service. The office is clean and well-organized, and the staff are very king. They even helped me get the referral I forgot to bring, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service is good. They stay busy, but I can tell they work hard to keep things running smoothly.
This is the slowest location with the worst service. I came in around 2 hours early for my appointment and there were like no patients in there but they still planned to let me wait. They also never told me that they needed me to wait for such a long time, they just said told me that they had me checked in. I also went up to the front desk multiple times and they just told me to wait. Young sonographer lady is extremely rude (I don’t know her name but she can speak Cantonese) and unprofessional with ZERO bedside manner! I got yelled as a patient and this is unacceptable. I didn’t feel comfortable during the whole process. I’ve never ever experienced this before!!!! Front desk is attentive. The young sonographer who speaks Cantonese and wears eye glasses should be FIRED.
I have just one warning for everyone: do NOT come here. Unless you enjoy being yelled at and disrespected, stay far away. If you still choose to come, that’s on you—good luck…
