The office is clean and well-organized, and the staff are very king. They even helped me get the referral I forgot to bring, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service is good. They stay busy, but I can tell they work hard to keep things running smoothly.
This is the slowest location with the worst service. I came in around 2 hours early for my appointment and there were like no patients in there but they still planned to let me wait. They also never told me that they needed me to wait for such a long time, they just said told me that they had me checked in. I also went up to the front desk multiple times and they just told me to wait. Later I found out that there doctors are either eating lunch or there is only one doctor that is able to help me with my screening. Then they ... read more
Young sonographer lady is extremely rude (I don’t know her name but she can speak Cantonese) and unprofessional with ZERO bedside manner! I got yelled as a patient and this is unacceptable. I didn’t feel comfortable during the whole process. I’ve never ever experienced this before!!!! Front desk is attentive. The young sonographer who speaks Cantonese and wears eye glasses should be FIRED.
I have just one warning for everyone: do NOT come here. Unless you enjoy being yelled at and disrespected, stay far away. If you still choose to come, that’s on you—good luck…
Dr yang is very impatient and yell at most of his patients can hear him yelling in the waiting room. When’s my turn just sat down tell me to take out my medicine bottle and ask for another which his didn’t prescribed and got pissed and started scaling me that it’s my fault not his not the pharmacist fault. The fault is all mine and mine alone if he have prescribed the medication the pharmacy would have call me immediately. Went and ask the pharmacy never received any orders.
