I’m all set. I can’t even get ahold of anyone in the office. They ask you to send them an email, then never respond. Going with another attorney firm.
Horrible experience. To kick it off the attorney missed the scheduled phone consultation I had set up a week prior because he was supposedly "running late." I now suspect it was because the assistant Jo did not tell him about it and like many others have said she seems to be the real problem. She did not do things she said she would then when asked about it can't remember details tries to blame me for it and does other things she was not asked to do. Ryan and his assistant Jo have not returned my calls or responded to my emails. I would NOT recommend using them.
