I contacted Miguel for an estimate. He told me he could come to my house in the next day for two. Never heard from him. I reached out again and told him if he was not interested in the job to just let me know either way. Then, the obligatory lame excuse about "being out of town" - like that is supposed to excuse the fact that you didn't text back to let me know you wouldn't be showing up. Miguel came to my house to give me an estimate for stucco and told me he would email it to me. After over a month of multiple attempts to follow up with him, he stopped responding. Now that I checked his contractor's license #892021, I see that it expired in 2015. I will be looking elsewhere for stucco work.

I made 4 different appointments with Miguel and he never showed up. I wouldn't give this guy a deposit if you are planning on him coming to finish the job.
