Communication was consistently poor throughout the process. We were asked to submit the same set of documents on three separate occasions, despite having provided them weeks earlier. Overall, the team appeared disorganized, and there were multiple errors that should have been caught through basic review. The Settlement Statement included duplicate charges that would have resulted in us being billed twice for the same item.
