We moved into our completed house in March 2022. The 10-month project was completed on time and we felt fully informed all the way on the status of completion. Zero starts if I could. I'm a highly valued engineer with over 10 years of experience that's worked on residential, commercial, government and transit projects. Reached out to Ramtin Sotoadeh for a new build with very detailed information. Had to explain everything again during the phone conversation. He was very rude and abusive with statement of me being young and incompetent. All I needed from the conversation was to find out the price of build and set up future meetings with the client.
