Jason did a fantastic job doing a repair on my garage door. I would recommend him and his company to anyone as being friendly extremely competent helpful. The list goes on. They are just a great company and Jason is a fantastic employee. If I had my own company I would hire him in a heartbeat.

Jose and Niua were excellent. They arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. They explained clearly what they were going to do, which was the agreed-upon repair, and demonstrated everything to my satisfaction upon completion. The gate works perfectly.

R&S consistently provides the highest quality of customer service and expertise. This is my 5th year working with them (I have an older model gate opener). Communication is clear and timely (thanks, Marge!). The technicians are all wonderful, specifically Carlos, who serviced my gate this week. What an awesome experience! Niua came to our home to service our folding garage doors. He was very thorough, kind, and patient with all the questions we had for the garage. He took the time to explain how the garage doors operate and what to do if we have loss of power. His customer service skills are above board. An absolute professional at his trade!
