Jason was absolutely fantastic! He helped me replace my garage door keypad and set up my garage door openers, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. He arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He even double-checked everything to make sure it was working perfectly before he left. On top of that, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with.
Called R&S and they had someone come out the next day. The technician, Sergio Bustamante was on time, courteous, and provided a simple and cost-effective solution to my Viking gate problem.He also cleaned out my gate boxes and realigned the opening width without me even asking. R&S and Sergio were wonderful to deal with.
