I am pretty easy to get along with. I understand that working retail and working with the general public usually sucks, and that most people are out looking for an argument. RS electronics has me livid. RS electronics has had my home audio receiver for 2 months. I have not ever received a call from RS about the status of my receiver. Every time I would call in they told me they would call when they would do this or that. They never called, so I called back in every time. 0 Stars should be an option. RS is super slow, incompitent, and sloppy. My TV has a blown capacitor on the power board. 1 week later they still hadn't replaced it. They claimed they needed to replace the entire power board and couldn't find the part. I searched for 5 minutes and found (and ordered) the correct part. I called the shop to let them know I was coming to pick up my TV. They told me it would take at least 3 days to put the main power board (9 screws total) back in. Ridiculous
