10 Stars! I had an unrepairable rear tire puncture on my Buell Ulysses motorcycle 52 miles outside of Tonopah, middle of nowhere. By the time the bike was towed to Rich’s shop I had lost a day’s travel time. Rich was very helpful from the first call: gave correct advice, retrieved a new tire from the local NAPA parts store (shipped-in via D5 Power Sports in Bishop), removed the wheel, installed the new tire, and called me exactly on the time he predicted with the message, “Your bike is done” … and down the road I went.
