All seemed well when I first talked to them. Paid my balance in full With the condition they would delete from my credit. They agreed and I paid in full. Several MONTHS Later, They posted to my credit as unpaid, even though it was paid in full. When I called, all I got was an automated system telling me to take it up with the credit bureau. This is crap. I followed through with my end of the deal, they did not.
