My apartment was leaking water for over 7 months - TX Section 92.052 was violated and BY LAW, legally, I had the right to break my lease! 5.2026 - still fighting with this illegitimate debt collector - the debt that was paid in October 2019 to the original creditor, Ashford Apts. (See review to see the connection) is soon to be time barred in less than 60 days and like poor, blood sucking vultures, they are still clamped down on my credit report, and negatively reporting false data on my credit. 3.2026 - over 6 years with illegal debt still being reported by this company. Update: over 5 years with illegal debt still reporting, extremely dishonest company, they have connections at the credit bureaus so when you attempt to dispute, their "buddy" just clicks the button and the debt stays because there is no investigation being done. I will continue to dispute daily, until this is removed. Each time, will have an example to support my claim and this will be grounds for a lawsuit.
