Absolutely rude staff! I kept trying to explain that I wasn’t comfortable giving out personal information over the phone because I was not told the reason for the call. I was told at the end of the call, to “keep watching whatever tiktoks you are watching and have a good day.” I don’t even know how tiktok works, much less own it on my phone 🤷🏻♀️ Very unprofessional. I must say this was the best bill collecting experience I have ever had. The amount of care Amy showed is not what you expect during this type of experience. AMY DESERVES TO BE EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR!!! She has aided me with a step above just fixing my credit but to also keep going because life is hard! She just gets it. I am forever grateful for her. Thank you so much Amy!
