This was one of the best experiences I have had with dealing with a collection! From our first call to the last, Ms. House was absolutely amazing to me. She listened to my situation and worked with me at every step to ensure that my debt was taken care of in a way that would work for me. The boss here is a man in a dress, I think his name is Pam. He used a woman’s name and wears makeup. He fired me because I was pregnant and he could never get pregnant. Very bad environment and TERRIBLE management. This place should be investigated. They trained me to be nasty and curse the callers out and DEMAND a payment from them. They are very horrible people.

I want to specifically talk about the highly professional conduct of one of the RS Clark employees, in person of Ms House. She was courteous, respectful, firm, stern on the policies and requirements for the company. She knows how to make you pay whatever you owe and be responsible yet with utmost respect and care.
