RS Clark and Associates, Inc. is a collections agency, and I had a very positive experience working with Liz. She was welcoming, warm, and extremely knowledgeable. We were able to come to an agreement that did not create a financial hardship for me, which I truly appreciated. Liz has excellent customer service skills and represents the company well. RS Clark should seriously consider giving her a raise.
Update: over 5 years with illegal debt still reporting, extremely dishonest company, they have connections at the credit bureaus so when you attempt to dispute, their "buddy" just clicks the button and the debt stays because there is no investigation being done. I will continue to dispute daily, until this is removed. Each time, will have an example to support my claim and this will be grounds for a lawsuit. Total scam company, they buy debt and use illegal debt collection practices along with disobeying statue of limitation... read more
Much like most collection agencies, they buy debt in bulk and then will harass you trying to get you pay or settle a debt so they get paid their commission. When I asked for validation-as the FDCPA states a signed contract/billing history and proof of the chain of sale, I was told I was a deadbeat and should pay my bills. Maybe understand the rights of consumers and the laws before you perform your bogus calls.
