I had an excellent experience buying my new Mercedes. Tom was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. The whole process was handled quickly and smoothly. I was interested in the Mercedes GLS at £62,900 . So I rang the sales department to see if they would take a little off for no part exchange, so a cash deal. The sales person was very rude and sarcastic. I have been in the motor trade for over 45 years and have never spoken to a customer like that or treated a customer with contempt. I recently visited this garage to view a car I was interested in, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The car was not in the condition described in the listing – it had more issues than expected and didn’t match the details provided. On top of that, the staff’s behavior was unhelpful and unprofessional, which made the whole visit unpleasant.
