Ray was supposed to start a project for us the 2nd week of January. It got pushed back three times. None of those times he gave me a heads up. I had to ask were he was when he was supposed to be there. Sometimes waiting days before getting a response. His communication with his customers definitely needs improvement. Ray does a wonderful just with every project I have had him do. I have had him do everything from drywall to tile and trim work. Truly a craftsman, that is affordable and reliable.
