My families trusted Ralph as our mechanic for about the past 15 years or so. Ralph always gives a fair price and I never have to ask him to fix the same thing twice. Very thorough work. Boston area charged me $1900 for a job Ralph did for $900. Fair, honest mechanic.
He’s rude, not very friendly. Not very personable, but I left before he did any work so I can’t speak for his work. Asked if he can do a quick job, it was a strut, easy work, and I had the part. He turned me away. I’ll let that speak for itself.
This place is amazing! I was leaving for a cross country trip and right before I loaded the kids in the van my calipers seized up. He replaced them quickly and for a great price. He came highly recommended as the most honest mechanic in the business.
Needed a blower for heater (buick) he charged us $400 broke a week later and Buick told me it was a used motor and was no good. Decided to give Ralph another shot "hey can you look at my car"? Answer: NOPE bye bye I'll take my business elsewhere.
Ralph is an honest, knowledgeable, nice guy. Got my car back quicker than expected, does great work, and very affordable.
