Kevin and the R&S team did a fantastic job on our basement from beginning to end. They gave us a clear timeline and pay schedule, with very little deviation from the original plan. The contractors were punctual and generally showed up when expected. Can’t say enough good things about R&S Basements! We moved in our home with a list of projects and started with the deck improvement first. Kevin met with us, listened to our needs for expansion and had great ideas we had not even considered. We met again to finalize the plan. Kevin and his guys completed a beautiful, large seating deck and a step down grilling deck which would accommodate a large wall of windows in the kitchen. Kevin did a phenomenal job on our basement. When we first met with Kevin, we explained to him what our wish list was and he was up front on what was doable within the scope of our budget. He also worked with us to maintain that budget throughout the project. During the project, Kevin maintained clear communication and was always providing us status updates.
