Kevin and the R&S team did a fantastic job on our basement from beginning to end. They gave us a clear timeline and pay schedule, with very little deviation from the original plan. The contractors were punctual and generally showed up when expected. We moved in our home with a list of projects and started with the deck improvement first. Kevin met with us, listened to our needs for expansion and had great ideas we had not even considered. R&S has remodeled multiple homes of mine. Their design and quality are second to none. I was renovating with my own desires and the future sale of my home in mind. They were able to direct me to spend money on things that would get me the greatest return on my investment. R&S Basements remodeled our basement, kitchen, primary bedroom, primary bathroom, and re-stoned our fireplace. The craftsmanship and quality is amazing. I really appreciate the design approach as this added much more usable space in our basement and bathroom than I was able to envision myself. I recommend this company and would trust them to work on my house again!
