I called on a Friday due to a failed MOT - Chris let me bring it around the following day to do a diagnostic check to confirm his suspicions. He ordered the part there and then and had it fixed on Monday. Excellent, will recommend and use again.
Called in on Monday to discuss engine issues. Car was diagnosed with dpf sensor problems. I ordered the part and re-visited to make an appointment but there was a space and the repair was done straight away. Plugged back into diagnostic machine and all issues cleared. Just before I was pulling away I asked if the mechanic could tell me what the noise was coming from my steering wheel and again he looked and fixed the issue.
