In September of last year, I broke down on Rt. 68 outside of Hancock. Not knowing the area, I contacted R&S. They came and towed me to the shop, which was fine. The truck had overheated and needed a head gasket job. The truck was in the shop for close to a month. Got the truck back - 6 months and $5,000 later my truck needs a new engine. Their $5,000 repair did not hold up. So now, I'm taking my truck to the anti-Roger, a Mennonite shop (Strite's Auto) in southern Pennsylvania to get my truck fixed correctly.
