Ran into torrential rain from Grand Forks to Calgary. Rear tire was almost done but the rain made it totally done for the conditions. Holiday Monday, September 7, and they are open to look after bikers. They got 2 tires on my Road Glide in about an hour and a half. Awesome. Robin even gave us a ride to Canuk Tire so my girl could get some dry socks and came back and picked us up when the tires were done. If I could give 10 stars I would! If you’re in need of bike service in Cranbrook this place is the place to go to!
Where do i start how amazing these guys are. Was on a bike trip .. rolled through Cranbrook when shift gears and bang blew my transmission.called the # ON A SUNDAY EVENING Robin answered said hed be over in few min to have look !! I started to have trouble with my 2023 Street Glide a couple days before I made it to Cranbrook. Several warning light came on in the instrument panel and thing progressively got worse until I reached R&R Rebel Cycles. Things like break locking, no speedometer, random reving. The guys at Rebel were fantastic. The took me in right away. After a short ride on my bike, they had a good idea of what it was. Stop at the shop on a Friday afternoon needed tires and oil change , on a long trip northern Alberta to Sturgis to Utah and heading home , they got me in and out in couple hours great guys great service so impressed highly recommend dealing with this business thx really appreciate you guys keeping me on the road to home
They did a tire swap for me when no other shop in the area would make the time. Really appreciate the willingness to do it.
