Does R&R's Rebel Cycle deserve a 5 star review? The guy in the picture is Robin Hein, master technician and owner of R&R's Rebel Cycle. He's standing beside our bike which he has looked after since we bought it new in '08. It still looks good and runs great. Today it's going in for its 1/4 million K service...'Nuff Sed!
I was on a 9,000km ride from Ontario to BC and back and around 5200km my bike started having issues. Like a miracle there was their shop. We pulled in late Saturday afternoon and they were absolutely amazing. The owner hops on and knows immediately what’s happening and even though he was heading out for a planned group ride he made sure I was in good hands. I can’t say enough about this shop. They got me back on the road and the bill was much less than I would have expected. We need more shops with solid guys like these.
I was coming through Cranbrook from Alberta on my way to Grand Forks, my rear cylinder rocker cover had a small leak. Robin went out of his way to accommodate me and repair my bike. Excellent service would highly recommend ..
These guys are awesome! Stripped my drain plug while changing oil. Dropped my bike off in the morning and they had it fixed that afternoon! Super nice people nice clean shop, happy employees
