The absolute worst customer service. They were going to send me a quote for a steering rack. I never got it. I payed and ordered it a few days after speaking to them on the phone. They were going to email the invoice, I had to ring them to get the invoice sent. I called to change the deliver address and was told I wasn’t going to get the rack in the promised time because they didn’t have the uni joints but I wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t called.
