I’m so glad we chose Natures Composites for our fence and gate. The whole process was super easy — from ordering to installation — and the quality is amazing. Their customer service took the time to talk with me on the phone, helped me choose the right style for our yard, and even walked me through exactly how many panels and posts I’d need according to my layout. The fence has a beautiful, natural wood look but without any of the maintenance, which is a huge win for us.
We purchased a fence system to install for a customer. Shipping took forever, did not receive all of our order and had to request missing items to be sent. This system is advertised as hurricane proof but is truly the poorest design we have ewer installed. The gates are too heavy to be mounted with current design and provided hardware. They immediately started dragging. The top boards are bowing and fence is fading just 6 months after installation. Purchased a 4x2 garden box. One of the components had a manufacturing defect. I noticed it had already been assembled once before. They boxed up a return and sold it to me as new without putting in the correct piece. I asked for a replacement and it came no problem. When I put the planter together the floor planks were an inch too wide for the frame. Tried to tap it in and the sides blew out of the box. Absolutely worthless. Out 400 bucks.
This company natures composite states that your fencing/ gates cone complete . That is a lie. The panels came short. Had to use other panels from the fence no screws. Terrible customer service.spent over 2,000 dollars on material and needed to hire a contractors Home Depot who sells the product wanted us to take the gate/ Fence down that means pull cement from the ground to return.
