This company is the worst I have dealt with! Within one year of having their fence installed, it is falling apart! I would not do business with them ever again. They didn't care that their product literally fell apart and they were not willing to help resolve the problem to the point it was going to cost me over 6K to have fence removed and discarded to reinstall their "newly re-engineered" fence that i was told in an email they would send a whole new fence, but when it came down to it, they offered to replace the faulty sec... read more

Total nightmare to assemble; spacers between horizontal boards to be attached with velcro very inconsistent, internal length of internal frame < than total assembled size of boards and spacers, predrilled holes missing from metal frame (quote ‘predrilled - no need for you to do it’) - predrilled holes if they did exist were actually pilot holes for the assembler to then open up with a 17/64” dia drill bit (really 17/64” ?) to take the self threading screws. The customer service at Natures Composites was stellar. Shaylee went above and beyond to take care of a small order that most big companies wouldn’t have bothered with.
We ordered 14 sections of the compost fencing. As we were unloading them, one box was crushed in two different spots, and one of the boards had a hole in it. We took it back to where we purchased it. They told us that it was not available and didn’t know when it would be available. I ask for the phone number directly to the company and I spoke with Shaylee. Do not waste your money. We had this fence installed in July, and by August the boards were already warping. The gate has never worked correctly—you literally have to lift it just to open or close it, and it’s so heavy that using it is a struggle every single time. The boards have also faded badly, look awful, and have now started to mold. There’s even a noticeable smell coming from the fence, which is unacceptable for something that’s barely months old.
