Bus never has AC and my student has been coming home over heated. They don’t answer the phone often and they don’t allow for the student to roll down windows. Over crowded bus with no ac is asking for an emergency
Canceling my child's bus route because it is "no longer hazardous" not sure how it could have been for years and is all of a sudden not. Gives a route to walk that is conviently .5 of a mile short of transportation requirements. City has gotten bigger so there is even more traffic than there was a few years ago. Shame on you guys.

The people working here do not do their job It’s crazy how they get funded millions of dollars and still can’t get their transportation operators to pick up the damn phone I’ve called time after time and they keep on ignoring the phone, at one point they picked up and hung up right after. I get that the people working here might not like their job BUT THAT IS NO EXCUSE TO NOT BE DOING YOUR JOB! Llamo llamo alas oficinas y no contestan , es el 3er día de escuela de mi niña acaba de entrar ah Pre-k ella aún no sabe abrocharse el cinturón de seguridad y la señora que trae en bus de mala gana de los pone si no quieren hacer su trabajo que es la seguridad de los niños que nos dejen ah nosotros como padres ah subir ah ponerle los cinturones de seguridad mi niña apenas tienen 4 años ella es adulta y creo que deben de estar consiente que un niña de 4 años aún no sabe hacer muchas cosas
