Not bad I want do 5 stars but the front desk lady was a bit arrogant the nurse was ok, I had went with a cut the provider I had Carissa Marie Braun was great and very friendly and very helpful with stiches and took her time to do it good and not rush
I used to be really impressed. The other day I came in covered in wounds. Arms and chest. The nurse cleaned the wounds on my arms. When I showed her my chest... she said "I really don't want to touch your boob." I told her to give me the cleaner. She then asked the doctor if she had to clean my boob. He said "well, yes of course". They wrote me a script, no dressings for my cleaned wounds. I accidentally brushed a wound on my shirt and she goes... Useless and completely unhelpful people at reception. Nobody could answer if I could get any treatment for nausea and vomiting unless we checked in and, of course, paid them first. I understand not having details, but you can't even tell me if you can do IV fluids or nausea meds? Disgusted
Came in with my son at 730 asked if they did xray right at the counter we already new his colar bone was broke right from the start you could see the Dr look at the clock wanted to be out on time at 8 gave us a wild excuse and ultimately ended up sending us to er don't waste your time unless you want your insurance double billed the er staff was great did the xray and told us what we already new this I will never us this urgent care again.
Been here for over an hour to get blood work done. Watch 7 people come and go since I've been here. And the gentlemen sitting next to me has been waiting for 3.5hrs to get blood work done. This is ridiculous....
