Wonderful staff especially Christina she’s very understanding and professional!!
The doctor was nice! Had me in and out literally writhing 15 minutes. But on the other hand the receptionist beyond rude. From the moment we walked in she had a terrible attitude. Only 2 other people in the waiting room so it wasn’t like she was extremely busy. People go there when they need help not when they want to get treated and talked to like a prisoner. Not professional in the slightest.
I've heard alot of people say this urgent care is not the greatest but I disagree. I had the best experience today. The doctor and nurse listened and were very sympathetic. I will be going to this one from now on.
Not bad I want do 5 stars but the front desk lady was a bit arrogant the nurse was ok, I had went with a cut the provider I had Carissa Marie Braun was great and very friendly and very helpful with stiches and took her time to do it good and not rush
I used to be really impressed. The other day I came in covered in wounds. Arms and chest. The nurse cleaned the wounds on my arms. When I showed her my chest... she said "I really don't want to touch your boob." I told her to give me the cleaner. She then asked the doctor if she had to clean my boob. He said "well, yes of course". They wrote me a script, no dressings for my cleaned wounds. I accidentally brushed a wound on my shirt and she goes...
