my mom has been admitted here after having complications after surgery. she has been here for hours and the only updates we are getting are from her i personally have been here at the emergency room for over 6 hours and keep asking to speak with a nurse or someone and have yet to even be called by a healthcare professional. Dr Taylor was great in emergency department. The nurses that answer the phone aren’t pleasant I had to ask a medical question very rude. One said we don’t know the patient we are changing shifts had such a sarcastic attitude I hung up the phone! Won’t take my significant other back there again. Good Dr but nurses have attitudes two of them.
I brought my wife because of severe abdominal pain and received prompt care for her pain, but unfortunately their Cat scan machine was broken so they couldn’t do a scan and we needed to get transferred to another facility, overall experience was very good.
I cant say enough good things about Clifton Springs ER nurses and doctors, they were so kind and attentive to my 86 year old mother who had fallen and we wanted to make sure she didn't break anything. We were in and out in less than 3 hours, from check in to xrays to pain meds administered to discharge, they were the best.
