Doctor and Staff were great. Only negative remark I have is that they need a better cleaning service!
My 12 month old daughter got ear tubes put in last week after 5 consecutive ear infections. Her appointment was set for 10:30, said so on my confirmation paper. Arrival time for procedure that we got the day before was 645am. They bumped her appointment up without asking or even telling me. 5 days after the procedure she developed bloody drainage from one of the ears and a fever, and the post op instructions specifically say that this is NOT normal after 48 hours. The front desk people are professional and courteous. The patient teaching and followup not good. Although Dr. Kozara's skills may be in surgery, there are other aspects that disappointed us. My husband was not given clear postup instructions, the PA performed rough and painful clean out of his nose, and he never saw the doctor after surgery. He has had this surgery before, with severe polyps and complications. Despite this, he was told he does not need regular checkups for recurrence. His former doctor in Delaware carefully... read more
The building does not have any diaper changing stations in any bathrooms in the entire building. They see infants for ear tubes, yet don't offer basic bathroom necessities for them. Koala kare wall units are like $300. Pleas invest in some.
The worst experience I have ever had, it took me more time to go to the office than the visit with the doctor, he was in a hurry, he didn't want to listen to me, they ordered me to do an ultrasound, which for two weeks I was waiting for the call from the office to the approval, they never did it and when I call, the secretary gives me the wrong phone number, it's been a week since my ultrasound and my symptoms have worsened, I call the office and the secretaries are inappropriate, it seems like it bothers them to answer, and... read more
