The receptionist in this office is very rude!! There's a sign on the wall in the lobby that states about being kind!! She should make a copy of it and study it. Dr's are nice tho
I will not be coming back here the doctor wasn't even concerned about taking out my tonsil stone
Called because of doctor referral. Woman was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Couldn’t even schedule hearing test until they got their schedule in two weeks. Another Otolaryngologist booked me for next week. Phone person is not best for patient contact
