I had a great experience from my very first visit at this ENT office. I am scheduled for a tonsillectomy and looking forward to it. The staff have been polite and informative.
I had a disappointing experience due to consistently rude and insensitive front desk workers, more specifically the brunette/red headed woman with wavy hair and glasses. Her lack of professionalism and unfriendly attitude made my visits extremely unpleasant, overshadowing any positive aspects of the medical care provided.
