RRH Orthopedic Urgent Care was AMAZING yesterday! Everyone from the receptionist when I walked in, to the nurse, x-ray technician were all friendly and did a great job. Can't say enough about the PA Abby. She drained my knee, put cortisone in and wrapped it all painlessly. My entire visit was about 65-70 minutes! Thanks so much for the outstanding care!❤️
So today I called this place for my wife as she has an ingrown toenail. They said yes they could treat it. My wife called to double check, and they said yes again. My wife goes there, and tells them the reason for her visit was an ingrown toenail at check in. She waits for 3 hours to be called back and is told they don’t assist with that there. Absolutely wonderful experience with the staff and care providers at this location. I called ahead and they scheduled my appointment within the hour. I can’t recall the names of the receptionist and intake nurse, but they were extremely kind and professional. My name was called right away and I was seen by a fantastic PA named Abby. She listened attentively and was thorough, professional and knowledgeable. I would give more stars if I could! The experience was wonderful! I walked in with intense knee pain and swelling. I got an xray, examination, fluid removed from my knee and a cortisone shot all within 70 minutes and was back in my car! From the receptionist on down the line everyone was very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this place for this sort of injury. The care was top notch, A+!
