As far as medical establishments go, this one is great. I had a frozen shoulder last year and they knew the problem and gave me a cortisol shot helped greatly! My doctor explained the procedure well and walked me through the process. I gave four stars because they didn’t seem to know that frozen shoulder is common for women my age and isn’t necessarily related to any sort of injury. Always do your own research before letting anyone tell you that you need surgery. However, friendly, great place with helpful people.

I visited Orthopedic Urgent Care on 12/03/2025 and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Staff openly discussed my medical issues in the waiting area, insinuated I was seeking pain medication even though I did not request any. I was treated dismissively, improperly triaged, and my concerns were minimized.
