Gavin O’Mahony made me wait an hour after scheduled appointment time. Saw me for less than 15 minutes. Came in clueless about my history. Didn’t even READ the Radiologist report. Acted like he had no idea I had X-rays done. Didn’t recommend an MRI or any type of treatment plan/biopsy. Stated my case was very unusual and very bluntly said the two surgical approaches would be bad either way. Asks another week to see me to research more. Went yesterday for knee pain was prescribed a pain medicine to help swelling did nothing tried getting in contact with them to see if something would work and I’ve been dragged along for 8 hrs of getting a call back in 30 min they will call right back etc etc all day and haven’t gotten a single response. Drove out to the Henrietta location where I was told they were waiting for doctors response and come to find out the doctors not even here. Was told I can wait for urgent care but it’s gonna be a while.
Terrible experience with them!
