I received all my treatments in Batavia. What a wonderful bunch of people! Their caring attitudes make a big difference in your treatments and own attitude. Being an RN myself, procedures and techniques are important to me. I have always felt confident in those used by the staff. No fears of infection during the most vulnerable time in my life. Bigger facilities mean bigger risks. We’re blessed to have quality care here in Batavia. Many thanks to all!

I have been receiving testing and infusions at Lipson for several years. The staff is wonderful, patient oriented and knowledgeable. Would not go anywhere else.

The staff in the hematology department is rude, incompetent and dishonest. I was referred here by my primary care provider, and Lipson called me to schedule an appointment. The staff member who scheduled my appointment told me that the doctor would likely order some blood work to be completed before my appointment. I emailed the office to ask about my results, because I have been feeling very unwell and was hoping that the lab tests would shed some light on things.
