I have been waiting for an hour. This is crazy.
I normally go the lab in Chili but they were randomly closed this morning so I unexpectedly had to come to the Gates location- because of my medical anxiety, I was nervous going to a different facility in a busy area last minute, but I will happily be coming here from now on! They were efficient and the wait time was almost nonexistent for a busy lab. The phlebotomist was friendly and welcoming and she performed the quickest, smoothest blood draw I’ve ever had, I didn’t even feel the needle and had no bruising or discomfort ... read more
