Worst experience . Waited over two hours for them to tell me they couldn’t do my hereditary cancer test. That I needed a requisition which is not true as my paper work was in box and even called dr office and they said no they should have done it . Two hours I won’t get back and went to another lab and had no issues. Worst place ever and very slow .
RRH Labs on Elmgrove Road has phenomenal staff! I've been here several times over the last few months and every staff member that drew my blood listened, and was efficient! This was my second time with Jamia and she does so well at drawing blood that both times it was hard to find where she poked me with the needle! Waiting time is always short even when it's busy! Easy parking. Quick turnaround time. Great technician.
All the Rochester regional labs are little holes in the wall with too long of a wait and no place to sit. If you’re going to cram a bunch of people into a tiny waiting room, the least you can do is turn on the air conditioning. You have a lot to learn from the VA and U Of R.
This used to be a good place it when fast now you have to wait a hour and there's not that many people.
