The receptionists and the nurses were very pleasant, but the ENT doctor rushed through my appointment (less than five mins) barely looked into my mouth (less than ten seconds), didn’t listen to any of my concerns about my tonsils or act concerned about the fact that they swelled up super bad a few months ago during a really bad episode of strep throat, and didn’t offer any helpful advice on how to prevent future issues after she told me they weren’t going to even consider removing my tonsils. Very disappointed!
Im tired of whipping out my charge card only to be sent a bill a wk or two later, COME ON PEOPLE, its really not that hard to be efficient!!!!!!
