Sign on the door says they’re open until 4 pm. I showed up at 3:50 to drop off a specimen, and the door was locked and nobody was answering the phone. I get that everyone wants the early shove and I also get the places like restaurants don’t want you walking in right before closing, but if you’re going to post a sign that says you’re open until 4 then you should be open until that time. If everyone is going to leave at 3:30 or 3:45, then the sign should say you’re open until that time.
I was checked in before close and they ignored me
No appointment necessary and I’ve never experienced a long wait.
