Everytime I go to the Chili Ave. Lab location, I have always had a good experience ! The wait is not to long and the phlebotomists there are very competent and good at what they do. Maniko was great and so is the other lady who's name I can't remember. This is my place of choice to have blood drawn everytime !!
I just had probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a medical lab. The staff were very blunt with no bedside manner and left me feeling intimidated and aggravated. I would never return to this location ever again.
I went there to do a blood work. It was my very first time doing one. It was so hard to find my veins but both ladies were very nice and friendly. They even offered me a cup of water and made sure that I was breathing. They were talking to me the whole time. The one that was holding the needle on top of my hand, she kept on massaging my hand 🤚 and was telling to breath. Both ladies were amazing. I had a couple phlebotomists that have drawn the blood soo smoothly I couldn’t even feel it Great job
