I showed up to the lab at 3:50pm, and they had already closed. I asked the secretary at the nextdoor office, and she told me that they close & leave at 3:45pm everyday if there is no patient. Another patient had arrived at the same time as me and had to leave due to their premature closure. This is completely unacceptable. If you say that you close at 4pm both online and on your door front, close at 4pm. If you want to leave at 3:45, change your posted hours so that more people are not inconvenienced. Convenient to my area
All the times that I have used them have been very positive. They’re friendly. They do a good job and I like them.
Everytime I go to the Chili Ave. Lab location, I have always had a good experience ! The wait is not to long and the phlebotomists there are very competent and good at what they do. Maniko was great and so is the other lady who's name I can't remember. This is my place of choice to have blood drawn everytime !!
I just had probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a medical lab. The staff were very blunt with no bedside manner and left me feeling intimidated and aggravated. I would never return to this location ever again.
