Went to get my bloodwork that was ordered in September. Felicity had an attitude from the beginning. She refused to listen to me about how my orders had been fixed. She continued to yell and talk over me. Her friend Rhianna who had her badge hidden came in the room and began yelling at me telling me that I had to leave and that she had all day to go back and forth with me. Busiest location ever. You will wait much much longer than the website’s current wait time no matter what time you go. We need like 5 of these in Greece cause of how many people need lab work on a daily basis. Would not recommend
Disappointed. Was hear first. 5 people got in ahead of me. They dont open till 8am. People have to go to work!! Acm was better
Came in for blood work. Signed in at the terminal at the entrance and waited. Room was completely full to a point a staff member took my name along with everyone in the room. I waited over an hour with 2 waves of new people coming in and being taken care of before me. I walked out and drove to a different location and got my blood work done in under 5 minutes. Never going to this location ever again. Would rate this location less stars is I could.
I had my blood drawn at this location on may 12th at 10 o'clock for first time. very impressed. Someone came out that we had not signed in correctly.She fixed the problem and after a reasonable wait on a monday with amount of patients I was called in for my blood draw.I meet the most pleasant tech named Cheyenne. She was very gentle , hardly felt a thing . Told her was worried cause on blood thinners,but she knew what to do. thank you all for making my blood draw as pleasant as you could.
