Had my blood drawn by Miranda who did a great job! She's very nice, professional and polite! It's a very busy place, I walked in and the waiting room was almost full, spent about 40 minutes there, but they were very efficient!
I typically don't write negative reviews but everyone's time is valuable and this RRH Lab location doesn't seem to understand this. I waited for 30+ minutes to DROP OFF a specimen before finally walking out. That is unacceptable RRH. I did let staff know I was only dropping off and was told I still needed to wait. There were at least 4 other people with "drop offs" and those should be handled differently than the draws. There were 3 techs working that I could observe. My wife and I went to get our blood work done yesterday morning. We've been here before and everything's gone well! There were 9 people ahead of us when we arrived. I said Oh no, it's going to be a while, and I was a little concerned seeing the negative reviews online. Well, it went really fast, the personnel were very pleasant. Overall we had a good experience. We will not hesitate to go there again!
I ended up waiting for over an hour in the crowded waiting room, which was so full that some people had to stand because there weren’t enough seats. It seemed like there weren’t enough staff members available to handle blood draws, which made the process even slower. From what I could tell, this might be due to poor scheduling or management issues.
Went to get my bloodwork that was ordered in September. Felicity had an attitude from the beginning. She refused to listen to me about how my orders had been fixed. She continued to yell and talk over me. Her friend Rhianna who had her badge hidden came in the room and began yelling at me telling me that I had to leave and that she had all day to go back and forth with me.
