Very busy place
I was not asked for my ID at all. I checked in between 7:30am and 8am, sat in a room 3/4 full of people waiting, the pace of calling people in was surprisingly steady. It became evident why, once I was called in. The greeting was semi cold and I was directed to a room to sit for my draw. I was asked my name and DOB, then immediately asked for my arm. I came in just to drop off a specimen, but ended up waiting in the waiting room for over 20 minutes without a single person being called in. The room was full, more people kept arriving, and the line wasn’t moving at all. I eventually left because at that rate it felt like it would take hours. I went to another location the next day, where staff were actively calling patients, and I had no problem getting in quickly. This location seems inefficient, especially for something that should be a simple drop-off?
